Abstract:- Today with the help of genetics we have achieved to improvement of many diseases including polio, AIDS (HIV), and tuberculosis (TB), and many biological and genetic disorders are now preventable and ultimately curable. Biological crimes are included within the two last paragraphs of article 6 of the Statute, which contain the actions are done against the bearing in a specified group, or compulsory movement of children from a group to another one. This article can be extended to the levels of genetic diversity. In this case, as mentioned in the convention on genocide, deliberate destruction of genetic characteristics of a group and deployment of some tools to prevent bearing within it, can be considered as genocide.
